KPN Travels Bus forums

This forum was started after a customer had a bad experience about KPN Travel bus services. In fact, more then 5 customers have complained about that particular bus service and to the unfortunate of customers no one from KPN has really commented on this problem. Hopefully they are in the process of rectifying the errors made during this journey, in terms of selecting the wrong vehicle. Please make sure that you provide complete details about ticket number / PNR / Route / date of travel / to whom the complaint was made in KPN Travels and any other details you have. Without such information we consider those requests to be false as we also want to avoid competitors from filing wrong complaints. This is applicable for all travel operators.
