Best tour organizer:
- In case the company is compelled to cancel any tour programme the total amount deposited will be refunded by A/C Payee cheque and the tour operator will not be responsible for anything else. - All tours will start from Ahmedabad and will end at Ahmedabad (S.T. Bus Stop). - Do not bring costly things with you. Regular daily used items like Water bag, towel, lock, medicines etc. are permissible. - Rs. 1000 is required to book any tour. Remining money to be paid in full 15 days before the departure of the tour. - Accomodation will be provided in the regular hotel in the well furnished deluxe room with attach room, double bed. Same applies to family tours. - THE COMPANY BELIEVES THAT THE TOURISTS JOINING THE TOUR PROGRAMME HAVE READ ALL THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND THEY ARE ABIDE BY THEM ALL. |

- Rules mentioned in the tour contract form will be applicable to all passengers/tourists.
- Half ticket will be charged for a child from 3 to 11 years of age. One berth/seat will be alloted among 2 half tickets. In Case of one half ticket, the child will have to be accommodated with their full tickets. - A child between 1 to 3 years will be charged 15% of full ticket charges. - For any reasons if other type of vehicle is allotted in place of 2x2 vehicle by the Bus Operators, such arrangements will have to be abide by all tourists and for such reason no refund will be given. - Every tourist joining the tour is requested to keep with him the proofs of Indian Nationality such as Driving License, Pass-port, Election/Post Identity Card etc. - The L.T.C. Certificate of Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Ltd. will be given only to those tourists who have filled up complete and full particulars in the prescribed form of Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Ltd. while enrolling themselves for a tour. - The company reserves All Rights of changing dates in case of any unavoidable circumstances and it will be applicable to all tourists. - In any tour programme, if less number of tourist are enrolled a motor vehicle of necessary capacity will be booked and it will be applicable to all the passengers. - For a child between 1 to 12 years of age, a photocopy of age proof such as birth date certificate will have to be produced. - Luggage at the rate of 20 Kg. per person will be allowed free, excess luggage will be charged extra for more than prescribed limit. |
